DEVOLUCIÓN:

El plazo para comunicar a la marca defectos en la prenda es de 24 horas desde la recepción del producto.

Los gastos de devolución corren a cargo del cliente.

En el caso de querer cambiarlo por otra prenda el cliente gestionará el envío a nuestras oficinas y nosotros nos encargaremos del envío de la nueva prenda. También existe la opción de enviarnos un mail para que gestionemos nosotros la recogida mediante una transferencia bancaria.

¿COMO REALIZAR LA DEVOLUCIÓN?

Si por cualquier motivo no es lo que esperaba, no se preocupe, puede devolverlo en un plazo de 14 días naturales desde la recepción del producto. Para ello deberá ponerse en contacto con nosotros valentina@valentinagari.com para solicitar la recogida del paquete.

NEXT STEPS:

1.Mándanos un email indicando el numero de pedido, el motivo de la devolución y los articulos afectados.

2.Empaquete el artículo con sus correspondientes etiquetas.

3.Escoja si quiere que se lo recojamos nosotros mediante una transferencia bancaria de 5€ nacional excepto Baleares 7€ e internacional dependiendo ubicación o contacte con una compañia de transportes autorizada para el correspondiente envío.

-Es necesario que el producto esté en perfecto estado, en el caso contrario nos reservamos el derecho a rechazar la devolución.

-Colecciones anteriores / outlet no se podrán hacer reembolsos, pero si se podrá cambiar por otra pieza del mismo importe.

SHIPPING

We ship worldwide.

In Spain and Europe from 3 to 7 days and in the rest of the world 15 calendar days, from the date of shipment confirmation. The cost of all orders within Spain is priced at € 5 shipping.

TIME REQUIRED TO PROCESS ORDERS:

Orders are normally shipped the next business day.

Orders placed from Friday (after 5:00 p.m.) to Sunday will be sent on Monday. From Valentina Garí's department we do everything in our power to ensure that orders arrive on time.

RETURNS:

Orders may be returned within 14 days of receipt.

-Refunds will be applied only for the new collection.

-Previous collections / outlet cannot be refunded but can be exchanged for another garment of the same amount.

The deadline to notify the brand of defects in the garment is 24 hours from receipt of the product.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.  In case of exchange for another garment, we take care of sending the new product to the customer. There is also the option of sending an email to mail@valentinagari.com and we will send you to collect, managing the shipping cost by bank transfer.

HOW TO MAKE THE RETURN?

If for any reason it is not what you expected, do not worry, you can return it within 14 calendar days of receiving the product. To do this, you must contact us valentina@valentinagari.com to request the collection of the package.

NEXT STEPS:

1. Send us an email indicating the order number, the reason for the return and the affected items.

2.Package the item with its corresponding labels

3.Choose if you want us to collect it for you by means of a national bank transfer of € 5, except for the Balearic Islands, € 7 and international depending on the location, or contact an authorized transport company for the corresponding shipment.

It is necessary that the product is in perfect condition, otherwise we reserve the right to reject the return.
